THE SUPPLIER
All of our retail beef is supplied exclusively by McCutchen's Cattle Call Ranch. These beef are locally raised in Checotah, OK. Full fed grain twice daily for 120 days before slaughter yields cuts with beautiful marbling and an even better taste.
OUR PROCESS
Aging of beef will be anywhere from 14-21 days to ensure tender and flavorful product. After meat is cut, it is placed directly in the freezer to ensure freshness in every package. Fresh not frozen product can be available if ordered ahead of time.
